Digital downloads

Download links are sent by email after checkout when the files are ready. Check your spam or junk folder if the email is missing. If you still need help, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Please do not place a second order to recover a missing download.

Download and extract ZIP files before opening their contents. Use Microsoft Excel for editable workbooks and a PDF reader for guides. Each product page lists the files included.

Apparel delivery

Apparel is made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Production takes place before dispatch. The checkout shows the shipping options and total charge for your address and order contents.

Read the shipping policy for delivery information. Any production and delivery estimates shown are estimates, rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Sizing and product questions

Compare the size guide on the product page with a shirt you own before choosing your size. Check the selected colour, size and price before adding a product to your basket.

Cancellation requests

To request a cancellation, email info@causewaypictures.com as soon as possible with your order number. The cancellation request window is 15 minutes after placing an order, provided it has not been fulfilled. See the return and refund policy for the terms that apply to your item.
